Service Description
Book this session to find the root of your problem that makes you suffer or is holding you back and set yourself free. It doesn't matter what the problem is that stands between you and your empowered self. In this truly transformative session we go on a journey together to uncover the root of your issue and set you free from limiting beliefs. Because everyone deserves to breathe easy and live the life of their dreams. In this session we first uncover the root cause of your problem and then release and transform it. After the session you will listen to your transformational audio for 21 days to rewire your beliefs and install new, supporting and uplifting ones. I will be by your side and frequently check - in with you after 24hours, between 7-10 days after the session and around day 21. In between I am available by email. Cancellation Policy
At SimonaDeLourdes.com, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To help us serve all clients effectively and manage our time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations 1.1 Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24/48 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. 1.2 Cancellations within 24 hours Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of full amount of the session fee. 1.3 Missed Appointments/No Shows If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. 2. Rescheduling Appointments 2.1 Rescheduling Notice You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If you reschedule within less than 48 hours, the terms under the “Cancellations within 24 hours” policy will apply. 2.2 Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a genuine emergency (such as illness, accidents, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. 3. Refunds 3.1 Refund Eligibility Refunds are only available for cancellations made with sufficient notice (as per the above cancellation policy). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. 3.2 Non-Refundable Fees For services canceled within 24 hours or for missed/no-show appointments, no refunds will be issued. 4. Late Arrivals 4.1 Session Time Reduction If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. No discount or refund will be provided for time lost due to late arrival. 5.
